Tucson listings
Tucson homes are mostly built for the desert: single-story ranch houses, flat-roofed stucco homes in territorial and Santa Fe styles, block construction, and yards landscaped with gravel, cactus and native plants instead of lawn. Mountains rise around the valley, so a view is often the strongest shot in the listing, and many homes have a pool and a covered patio that buyers want to see.
Views and yards are where drone footage helps most. A rise that reveals the mountains behind the roofline shows something the ground footage can't. Some parts of the city sit near controlled airspace around the airport and the air force base. That is the pilot's side of the job; we edit whatever footage was cleared and flown.
Light and heat
Desert sun is bright and hard by midmorning, which leaves deep shadows under patios and blown-out skies. We pull detail back into skies and shade where the footage allows, and we keep stucco and stone close to their real color so they don't drift orange. Sunset and twilight shots look their best here, so if your shooter caught one, it will likely open or close the tour.
Heat shimmer can soften long drone shots on summer afternoons, and late-summer monsoon storms bring dramatic skies and dust. Early morning flights usually give the cleanest air.
How a Tucson job runs
- You share the folder of footage and list the versions you need.
- We check the files and send a written quote with a delivery date.
- You review the first cut on a link and leave notes at exact moments.
- We make the changes and send each version sized for where it will run.
Everything happens online. Footage arrives through a shared link, cuts come back as review links, and calls are booked in Arizona time (Mountain Standard all year). We don't have an office in Tucson and we don't film; the agent, photographer or drone pilot on the job does that.

Questions
Do you meet clients in Tucson?
No. We work by email, review links and video calls booked in Arizona time, which stays on Mountain Standard Time all year.
Can you correct the orange cast in late-day desert footage?
Yes, within limits. We balance it so the house looks the way it does in person, while keeping enough warmth that a sunset still looks like a sunset.
Ask for a quote
Cost depends on how much footage there is, how many versions you need, how much drone and color work it takes, and whether titles and music are included. Each listing gets its own written quote before work starts.
