The sheet above is an illustration of a full listing package. Twelve shots came from one shoot. The unbranded tour matches the branded one shot for shot, without the opening title or the agent card. The social cut drops the secondary bedrooms. The teaser keeps seven shots that read quickly on a phone.
1. Brief and quote
You share the folder link and list the versions you need and the date the listing goes live. We skim the footage, ask about anything unclear, and send a written quote with the scope, revision rounds and a delivery date. Work starts when you accept it.
2. Cut sheet
We log every usable shot, then plan which shots go into which version and for how long. For a repeat client with a style kit, this step is quick and you may not need to see it. For a first job or a large property, we send the sheet so you can move shots in or out before any cutting starts.
3. First cut
The tour in walking order, with color correction, music, titles and the end card. You review on a link and leave comments at exact moments, such as "swap the kitchen pass" or "hold the view longer".
4. Versions and delivery
Once the tour is approved, the other versions come from the same timeline: the unbranded tour, the social cut and the teasers. Each is exported in the shape and size its platform expects. Extra rounds beyond the quote are priced before we do them.
