Music

Music sets the pace of a tour. A slow, warm track suits a large family home; a lighter one suits a city condo. We cut on the beat where it helps, so moves land with the music, and we end the track on a phrase so it fades out cleanly.

Use music you have a license for. If you subscribe to a stock music library, send the track or tell us which one; if you don't, we can pick from a library licensed for the job and include it in the quote. We don't use commercial songs without a license, because platforms mute or remove those videos.

Titles and labels

• An opening title with the street address, city, or both
• Room labels for larger homes, so viewers keep their bearings
• Feature callouts, such as "New roof" or "Walk-in pantry", if the seller confirms them
• An open house or "just listed" banner for teasers

Titles go in your fonts and colors. If you don't have brand fonts, we'll pick clean ones that read well on a phone.

The agent end card

The end card closes the branded version: your photo if you want it, your name, phone, email, brokerage and logo. Many states' advertising rules call for the brokerage name on agent marketing, so we keep a spot for it on the card. Check your state's current rules and tell us what has to appear.

We build the card once and keep the file. Every listing after that uses the same card, so your videos look like a set.

A reusable style kit

For agents and teams who list often, we set up a small kit on the first job: title style, label style, end card, music rules and the order of versions. Later listings follow the kit, which keeps them consistent and makes each brief shorter.

Photographers can have a kit too, with their own logo on an opening or closing card, or none at all for clients who want unbranded files.
